Examples include: name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, service category, service area, industry selection, average booked-job-value assumptions, gross-margin assumptions, years in business, calculator package selections, notes submitted through forms, scheduling information, business assets or information supplied during onboarding, Google Business Profile information or access details where a client authorizes access, social-profile information where relevant to a purchased service, and communications with ESLaunch.

ESLaunch and service providers may automatically collect technical information such as browser type, device type, operating system, approximate geographic region, internet protocol or device identifiers, usage activity, page interactions, pages viewed, referring URLs, cookies, analytics data, and performance and diagnostic data.

Information may be used to provide and improve the calculator, generate calculator outputs, respond to questions and service inquiries, schedule calls, provide purchased services, conduct onboarding, deliver website, SEO, Google Business Profile, social media, chatbot, AI receptionist, automation, follow-up, reactivation, or related services, communicate about account activity, support, updates, or changes, maintain security, prevent misuse, analyze product and website performance, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
4. Calculator Outputs
Calculator inputs and outputs are treated as directional scenario information. The calculator is not intended to collect sensitive financial-account information, legal claims information, payment-card information, or confidential information that is unnecessary for the requested service.
Do not submit highly sensitive personal information through the calculator unless ESLaunch specifically requests it through a secure process.
